Ingredients: ¼ cup cottage cheese, ¼ cup oats, ½ scoop protein powder, 3 egg whites.

Directions: Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour over a hot griddle. Flip when the edges start turning brown. You can serve it with Manuka honey to get even more health benefits, or with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and top it with almonds. Yum!

Protein & Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 scoop protein powder, ½ cup oatmeal, 3 egg whites, ½ medium banana, ½ cup blueberries, 1 tsp baking powder

Directions: Place the uncooked oatmeal in a blender and blend it until it becomes a fine flour. Then add banana, eggs, protein powder and baking powder and blend it all until it becomes smooth. Pour the blueberries into the batter and mix using a spatula. Place a skillet on high-medium heat and pour over about 2 tbsp of batter per pancake. To help the inside cook faster, cover the pancakes while cooking. Flip them when their edges start browning. Serve with maple syrup and some fresh blueberries.

Ingredients: ½ scoop peanut butter & chocolate, 3 egg whites, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tbsp protein powder

Directions: Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until they form a thick batter. Pour the batter into a skillet and cook on high-medium heat. Serve it with natural peanut butter or maple syrup.
